Ms Marise Kinnear (University of Pretoria, South Africa)

Ms Marise Kinnear is involved with consumer and sensory research at the Dept of Consumer and Food Sciences at the University of Pretoria, South Africa and has a MSc in Food Science.  Her research interests include advance sensory test methodologies, food product development and statistical analysis.  She is actively involved with short course training and consultation to FMCG industry on sensory evaluation matters.  Marise is passionate about assisting post graduate students with sensory research projects and statistical handling of sensory research data.
