Ms Amina Ahmed is currently finalizing her PhD on Processing and Preservation of African leafy vegetables at the University of Goettingen, Germany. She has a strong background in product development and food safety with MSc. Food Technology from Punjab Agricultural University, India; MSc. Public Health and Food Safety from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), Tanzania; and BSc. Food Science and Technology from SUA, Tanzania.
